PRANAYAMA

A rounded up pranayama (breathing practice) and bandha (internal locks) practice to activate life force and energize body and mind.


JUICY SPANDHA FLOW

Practice of alignment and strength to build up posture and stamina.


LIQUID PRANA FLOW

Juicy flow with pranayama, banda, mudra, meditation. 

Accurate alignment of body and stillness of mind.

DEEP & SLOW

Class with pranayama, bandha, mudra & meditation in a deep & slow mood.

Accurate alignment of body and stillness of mind.

DEEP STRETCH AND SO ON

Allow yourself to dive within and connect with the deepest layers of your being.

INSIDE FLOW

Fusion of breath, beats and agility. Highly energetic and advanced practice which will make you agile as a panther, strong as a tiger and open and energetic as a fountain spring. Enjoy to the max.

MONIQUE JAKOB is my esteemed friend and yoga teacher and is subbing my classes during my absences as well as twice a month on Sunday evenings.

She has her own class on Thursday evening and teaches Prana Flow.

All other subbing teachers have the same 4 year yoga teacher formation at Yoga Akademie (Doris Echlin).
